Although I was successful at most things I attempted, I realized I lived a separate life from the happy one I really imagined for myself. I was trapped in a feeling of wanting to be perfect, a lack of confidence and a sense of being disconnected from others. Finally, I got tired of being stressed and unhappy everyday - something needed to change.

I started exploring the idea of mindfulness, discovered effective meditation methods and learned from highly-skilled professionals. The most important thing I learned was how to take a peaceful pause, love myself & trust my inner wisdom.

My name is Marvin Viegas and today, I am a certified Life and Meditation Coach, a happily married father of two sons, and I live that life of happiness I always imagined. Through life coaching and meditation, I help my clients clarify their purpose, increase their energy and renew their motivation to succeed.
